after updating to ios 10.0.2 when my phone got restarted it asked to signin to icloud which i skipped and since then i am unable acccess my icloud id on my phone
i am also unable to reset and erase as it asks for icloud sign in
and also unable to sign out of icloud id as it says verification failed there was an error connecting to icloud
can anyone help

yes i can
but cannot sign out of icloud
when i go to the reset option and use erase all content and settings it asks first for passcode after that it asks to sign in to the same icloud id and the same error appears that verification failed
Are you entering the passcode that is asked for? Once the passcode is entered correctly, it will ask (twice) to confirm if you wish the device. I'm not fully understanding why or how it's looping back to asking for your iCloud ID at that juncture.
